Practice Complaints Procedure

The surgery has a complaints procedure. If you have a complaint please contact our practice manager Mrs Smita Patel in order to discuss your concerns.

She will explain the complaint procedure to you and make sure that your concerns are dealt with appropriately. It is always helpful to have positive and negative feedback from patients that have used our service to enable us to improve the service.
